Service Description

A once-weekly, open-communication service in which I will provide accountability to your lifestyle change with weigh-ins, support, and motivation. I will answer all your nutrition/exercise-related questions and provide suggestions on changes you may need to make. I will add all changes to your dietetic/exercise plan, and provide you with a copy to keep if we should ever part ways. A reasonable $30 is charged once monthly for this service!
