Dietetics/Exercise Plans - Regular Diet
These are diet and exercise regimens for those with no known health concerns (such as diabetes, allergies, cancers, arthritis, etc). If you suffer from obesity or an eating/stress disorder, this regimen can still be utilized for you.
Dietetics/Exercise Plans - Medical Diet
This plan is further customized than the Regular plan, in that it involves specific nutrition for any ailments you may suffer from. This plan is optimal for Diabetic (or Pre-Diabetic) Patients, pregnancy, cancer prevention, thyroid/endocrine/digestive conditions, or essentially any ailment you would like to supplement with Holistic expertise. The diabetic diet and exercise plan is precisely the one I used to lose 170 pounds and promote my own pancreatic health.
